“ We recently visited this restaurant and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent — everything we ordered tasted great, and the homemade lemonade was absolutely perfect. We really appreciated the quality of the meals. However, the service left something to be desired. We got the impression that we weren’t very welcome. The staff brought the food to the table but didn’t check in on us during the meal to see if everything was okay. There was little interaction or warmth, which made the atmosphere feel a bit cold. Additionally, when we asked for ketchup for the children’s fries, we were somewhat lectured that they don’t serve ketchup — which felt unnecessary. A simple explanation would have been enough. Overall, we enjoyed the food but felt that the customer service could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable. ”
“ I have been here couple of times and each time I was satisfied. The location is very good and close to tram stop . The restaurant is very modern and made by glass walls which is great in my opinion . There are variety of Italian dishes including pizza and local drinks. Service staff is super good and very attentive . I tried steak and fish and I was very satisfied with both. Price is reasonable for what you get but some would find it a bit pricy.I absolutely recommend . ”
“ This restaurant has been on our wish list to visit for a long time, and exceeded all expectations. The service is of a high standard, attentive and not intrusive, and speaks good English. There is a wide selection of good wines, and well matched with the main courses. The starter, octopus was very tender. The pizzas were richly topped, and very tasty. We will definitely come back again, it is a beautiful and cozy Restaurant with realistic prices. The service and the food are on a high level. ”

“ This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and the service was just perfect. Pizza is absolutely amazing, the pasta was also super delicious. The one star that’s missing in my review is for the desserts - the tiramisu had very few biscuits to our liking and the cannoli didn’t taste very fresh in my opinion. All in all definitely recommend for the main dishes! Prices are also ok for the quality u get ”
“ Visiting this restaurant each time I come to Bratislava is becoming my tradition. And I can see myself to visit Bratislava only for this restaurant. This Friday I took there my friends and they were impressed as well. The space is just very nice and charming, the food was tasteful and I had to hold myself to not lick the plate. The waitress serving us was such a nice lady - smiling and welcoming, I was impressed! I travel a lot and live in Prague so the prices were not shocking to me for such a restaurant. The price = what you get :). I hope U Taliana will be still there next time I visit BA. ”
“ I always find this place a bit too hype when everybody was talking about that...but we decided to give it a shot for Friday dinner out - kind of date after long time. Meals amazing, atmosphere great, even sitting in the terrace was nice and warm, I expect to be cold but not at all, but what made a difference was service. Both of us work in hospitality many years but Marcelka served us exceptionally well. She was our server the whole evening and we liked the attention - not too much, not too less - exactly as noticed. Also to see the owner sitting at his own place on Friday night and enjoying the vibe, says something about the place itself. We will be definitely back ”
“ It was my first time here. I wanted to see what this restaurant is about because I heard both very good and very bad reviews. The place looks very nice, the atmosphere is more standard — maybe I expected a bit more, but I don’t know exactly what more . Staff was friendly, maybe they should pay more attention when customers finish eating — go ask about dessert or coffee instead of standing in a group of four or five at the counter and chatting. Still, I give full 5 stars because the carbonara spaghetti were really good and the tiramisu dessert was also great. ”
